ARV Robot is operated by Carpin Investments, Inc ("we", "us", "our"). We act as the data controller for the personal data we collect through this service.

2. Personal data we collect

• Account & contact data: name, email address, login credentials.
• Subscription data: plan, billing status (payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, not by us).
• Usage data: properties analyzed, reports generated, feature usage, device identifiers, IP address.
• Support data: messages and attachments you send to us.
• Marketing data: email address if you subscribe to updates.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Provide the service and your account (contract performance).
• Process subscriptions and invoices via our reseller Paddle (contract / legal obligation).
• Security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection (legitimate interests).
• Product improvement and analytics (legitimate interests).
• Customer support (contract performance).
• Marketing emails where you have opted in (consent — you can withdraw at any time).

4. How we share data

We share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, manages subscriptions, handles invoicing, tax compliance, and customer billing inquiries. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, analytics, and email delivery providers acting on our instructions.
• Property data providers — third-party AVM and comparable-sales data providers used to populate analyses you request.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and compliance advisers when required.
• Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations (including tax and accounting), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after account closure.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
