ARV Robot, a service of Carpin Investments, Inc, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the relevant transaction and submit a refund request, or contact Paddle support directly from that page.
  3. Alternatively, email us at support@arvrobot.com and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

After the refund window

After the 30-day window, subscriptions can still be cancelled at any time via paddle.net to prevent further renewals. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
