Terms of Service

1. The seller

These Terms govern your use of ARV Robot (the "Service"), operated by Carpin Investments, Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement directly with Carpin Investments, Inc.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes ongoing acceptance.

3. The Service

ARV Robot provides real-estate investment analysis tools, including ARV estimates, comparable-sales analysis, ROI, cap rate, and cash flow calculations. Outputs are estimates for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or appraisal advice. Investment decisions are your sole responsibility.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age and, if acting on behalf of an organization, authorised to bind it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing intellectual property rights; uploading malware; probing, scraping, or interfering with security; or attempting to bypass usage limits or technical restrictions.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, models, documentation, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.

7. Payment and subscriptions — Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the Paddle customer portal at paddle.net.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Service level

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for fraud or personal injury).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete account data after a reasonable period.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Carpin Investments, Inc is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
